Time doesn’t slow for anyone. Capturing your family, here and now, is something you’ll forever look back on and cherish.
Family portrait sessions don’t have to be painful. My style is more candid, and is meant to show your family’s REAL personality. Life is meant to be lived, not posed.
WHERE WILL WE TAKE OUR FAMILY PORTRAITS?
I love working outside, especially when photographing kids, because they have room to play, run, and be themselves. During our consultation, we will figure out the exact vibe you’re going for and find a location that represents your family.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
First and foremost, be comfortable. When shooting outside, we’ll be walking, standing, sitting, and moving (especially when kids are involved.) Comfort is paramount to make sure you can relax and be yourself in front of the camera. During our consultation, this will also be discussed to really understand what type of family portraits you’re hoping to achieve.
CAN WE BRING ALONG THE FAMILY PET?
Absolutely! You know your pet better than anyone. If you feel they are behaved well enough to have in a public place, fully leashed, then absolutely! Also, don’t forget to have your pet groomed for the photos. They’re also a family member you want looking their best! (Treats and chew toys are also good to bring along!)
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION LAST?
Single family sessions average around an hour, depending on how many family members are involved.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WITH MY SESSION?
Each family session will be delivered via an online client gallery where you can choose to print portraits of your choice. Should you choose to use a third party to print photos, I cannot be held responsible for the printing quality.
